The Klingspitz in Hüttschlag is a scenic summit and the destination of a varied mountain tour with views towards the Tappenkarsee.

The Klingspitz is located in Hüttschlag and is a rewarding destination for experienced mountain hikers. The tour starts at the Hallmoosalm and leads along an alpine trail to the unmanaged Karteisalm. It then continues across alpine meadows to the Karteistörl, where beautiful views of the Tappenkarsee open up. From there, the route continues up to the Klingspitz. This varied mountain tour offers impressive views of the surrounding mountain scenery of Grossarltal. Sure-footedness and a head for heights are required.

Drive by car or hiking taxi in Hüttschlag in the Karteis district on the Seilsitzberg service road to Hallmoosalm in Hüttschlag. You can also take the Postbus line no. 540 to the "Karteis" stop and walk from there (about 1 hour to Hallmoosalm).
