Traditional approach is from the village of Bjelsko on the Ogulin – Jasenak road. This approach is rather steep, but also the shortest. After 50 minutes of climbing through the forest, we reach the mountain lodge Klek below the peak rock. Climb from the lodge to the peak takes 30 minutes; hikers occasionally need to use their hands during the climb (wire cables are installed to secure the passage). A climb to the peak during rainy weather or with snow on the ground can be very dangerous.
