Der Hohe Gaif ist ein 2288 m hoher Gipfel im Wettersteingebirge im Blassenkamm. Der Normalweg führt von Norden vom Stuibensee hinauf und in leichter Kletterei (II) über den Ostgrat auf den Gipfel. Der Hohe Gaif ist der Startpunkt des Blassengrat zum Hochblassen.
