Der Moosstock im Tauferer Ahrntal, der auch Mostnock genannt wird.

Der Weg zum 3059 m hohen Moosstock ist zwar lang und durchwegs steil, aber er bietet bei seiner Besteigung viel Abwechslung. Zuerst durch Nadel- und Zirbenwälder und später durch blumenreiche Wiesen. Die Pyramide ragt frei auf und bietet herrliches Rundumpanorama auf die Zillertaler Alpen, die Rieserferner und die Dolomiten. Es soll sogar die Rede davon sein, dass man an wirklich klaren Tagen bis zum Adriatischen Meer sieht …
