Alongside the Pinge, the Geisingberg is one of the landmarks of our vacation region. The mountain is a popular hiking destination at any time of year. Not only the small hut invites you to linger, but also the distant view from the Louisenturm tower is highly recommended. The viewing platform at a height of 18 meters offers a fantastic panoramic view of the Ore Mountains, Bohemian Basin and Dresden Elbland. It can be reached via a spiral staircase with 88 steps.

On the Geisingberg, you will find a stamp that marks the summit as a destination on the "14 eight-thousanders" tour. You can get all the information you need at the Altenberg Tourist Information Office.
