Der Gabelschrofen ist ein 1989 m hoher Berggipfel in den Ammergauer Alpen. Im Gegensatz zur benachbarten Krähe ist der Gipfelanstieg zum Gabelschrofen deutlich anspruchsvoller. Denn die letzten rund 80 Höhenmeter durch die schrofige Südrinne erfordern Kletterei bis zum zweiten Schwierigkeitsgrad. Es stecken lediglich einige alte Schlaghaken.
