Aufstieg über folgende Wege:
Weg 679: von Gröbming über den Kulm ( 4,5 km / 550 HM / 2 Std.).
Weg 12/679/100: Freienstein-Runde - vom Abenteuerpark über die Nordseite auf Weg 12, und über Weg 679 über Osten auf den Gipfel ( 2,2 km / 370 HM / 1 Std.),
Abstieg nach Westen zur Assacher Scharte und Weg 100 zurück zur Stodermaut.
Weg 90: von Assach auf die Assacher Schart und über Weg 679 nach Osten zum Gipfel ( 2,8 km / 470 HM / 1,5 Std.)
