Der Blåmanen ist einer der sieben Berge, die das Zentrum der norwegischen Stadt Bergen umgeben.

Mit 554 m Höhe erhebt sich der Blåmanen gute 150 m aus der bewaldeten Umgebung der Berglandschaft Bergens. Von der Stadt aus ist der Berg schwer zu sehen, da er östlich hinter dem Fløyen liegt. Im Norden des Blåmanen befindet sich der Rundemanen, ein weiterer der sieben Berge Bergens.
