Pilgerwege Tschechien
Südlich von Brno/Brünn kreuzen sich der von Osten nach Westen verlaufende "Südmährische Jakobsweg" und der von Norden nach Süden verlaufende Anschlussweg von Brno/Brünn nach Mikulov an der Grenze zwischen Tschechien und Österreich, wo er kurz danach auf den "Weinviertel Jakobsweg" stösst.
Beim Wegpunkt "Join" kommen die beiden Wege zusammen, verlaufen dann gemeinsam ein Stück nach Süden und trennen sich dann beim Wegpunkt "Split" wieder.
