Das Zollfeld, ein Ausläufer des Klagenfurter Beckens, befindet sich nördlich von Klagenfurt und erstreckt sich bis nach St. Veit an der Glan. Das Zollfeld war lange Zeit kulturelles und politisches Zentrum der antiken römischen Provinz Noricum. Im Südosten des Zollfeldes findet man die Marktgemeinde Maria Saal. Das "Zollfeld", dessen Name aus der Zeit um 976 stammt, ist bekannt für den dort stehenden Herzogstuhl und den Fürstenstein, der seit März 2006 im Wappensaal des Klagenfurter Landhauses zu finden ist.
