A surprise under the horse

The Moravian Square is the second largest squares in Brno, that actually consists of two different parts, which are the park and the area in front of the St Thomas Church. The first thing that your eyes will catch here is the eight metres high statue of a horseman. It is called the statue of Courage and is made of bronze. It depicts a knight in armour sitting on a horse with unusually long legs. Don't be surprised, if you see a long queue of tourists waiting to take a look on the horse from below. This statue has it's own secret and you will find out it only standing under it :) By the way, it took it's architect Jaroslav Rona more than 30 months to create this notable statue.
