Im 15. Jahrhundert schufen Königsbronner Mönche den See für die Fischzucht. Heute ist er einer der beliebtesten Erholungsorte in der Region: Er lädt ein zu Spaziergängen entlang der Vogelinsel, zum Boot fahren auf dem ruhigen Wasser, zum Toben auf dem spannenden Spielplatz.
