Die Weißquelle liegt auf etwa 493 m N.N. und tritt aus einer Gesteinsspalte im Waldgebiet Kalteiche hervor. Sie fließt durch die Wilnsdorfer Ortsteile Wilgersdorf, Anzhausen und Niederdielfen und durch die Siegener Stadtteile Kaan-Marienborn und Hain, bevor sie in der Siegener Unterstadt beim Apollo-Theater in die Sieg mündet.
