An easy 9-hole frisbee golf course around the sandy beach of Lake Hiisijärvi.
The famous sands of Lake Hiisijärvi offer many things to do. Established in 2024, this track runs through a park-like pine forest. The first few stretches are easy, but there's more haste towards the end.
Estimated lap time is around 60-120 minutes. The course has a par (ideal score) of 27 strokes.
There is a nice beach next to the course with toilets and a barbecue area. There are also two beach volleyball courts on the beach.
The shores of Lake Hiisi are an old lake bed, which was exposed under water following an environmental disaster in 1761. Attempts were made to lower the lake level, but the water took over and the fall was completely uncontrollable, with the water level in Lake Hiisi dropping by up to 14 metres.
