Construit au XIVe, adossé à l’église des Dominicains (actuelle cave coopérative), il fut victime du trafic d’oeuvres d’art. Après avoir été retrouvé à Anglet, il sera racheté par la commune de Collioure en 1992 et onze de ses arcades seront réinstallées dans le jardin du Parc Pams le 19 décembre 1997.

Il est accessible depuis le Musée d'Art Moderne.
