The medieval playground of the Gimbelhof is located a stone's throw from the Gimbelhof car park and a few minutes walk from the car park of Fleckenstein Castle. Surrounded by castle ruins (Fleckenstein, Loewenstein and Hohenbourg), it was built on the imaginary remains of a castle whose foundations serve as a playground. Children can invent all sorts of stories about knights and dragons, princesses and evil queens, run on the drawbridge, hide in tunnels or behind shields...
