The "Speyerbachquelle" hikers' car park and picnic area is located directly on the K40.
Coming from Elmstein - L499 - direction Speyerbrunn - then take the Erlenbrunn turn-off.
Coming from Johanniskreuz - turn into the Elmsteiner Tal (L499) - drive almost through the village of Speyerbrunn - at the end of the village you will find the hikers' car park on the right-hand side, the picnic area is opposite.

The Ritterstein number 254 "Speyerbach source - Flosswoog with sluice".
It is located in Speyerbrunn on Erlenbachstraße (K40) shortly before the junction with Johanniskreuzer Straße (L499).
It gives us the following orientation: in front of the stone to the right is the Speyerbachquelle (Speyerbach spring) to the left (beyond the road) is the Flosswoog (pond at the Speyerbach spring).

Coming from Neustadt an der Weinstraße (A65): Exit Neustadt/Weinstr. Nord, then follow the B39 to Lambrecht (Pfalz). After Lambrecht (Pfalz) turn left into the Elmsteiner Tal (Frankeneck). Stay on the L499 until you reach Speyerbrunn. The car park is at the entrance to the village, exit Erfenstein. Immediately after the exit towards Erfenstein, the car park is on the left-hand side.
Coming from Kaiserslautern (A6): Take the Enkenbach-Alsenborn exit, then follow the signs to Fischbach/Bad Dürkheim. Follow the B48 until the turn-off to Bad Dürkheim. Follow the B48 in the direction of Hochspeyer. In Hochspeyer, follow the B48 in the direction of Johanniskreuz. In Johanniskreuz, turn onto the L499 in the direction of Elmsteiner Tal and follow the L499 to Speyerbrunn. The car park is at the end of the village in the direction of Erfenstein. The car park is on the left-hand side directly after the turn-off towards Erfenstein.
