The Geislinger Felsen-Tour lion trail starts from the parking lot. The trail leads up to striking rock formations, through shady forest passages and to impressive viewpoints above the Filstal valley.
There are other leisure facilities in the immediate vicinity, such as the Eybacher Tal stadium and the tennis club facilities. A nearby restaurant offers the opportunity to stop for a bite to eat before or after the tour and rounds off the excursion nicely.
The combination of good accessibility, sporting infrastructure and direct access to one of the Löwenpfade trails makes the SC parking lot an excellent starting point for hikes, sporting activities or a varied day in the countryside around Geislingen an der Steige.
