In a wild-romantic setting, the ancestors of modern rose cultivations grow. Almost 1,000 species of wild, park, and shrub roses have been specifically collected and planted for the wild rose garden.
In this living rose archive, "old" varieties and cultivations that have long disappeared from the market assortment tell the story of rose breeding.
Here also begins the premium walking trail Zweibrücker Fasanenjagd.
