De Lisboa, siga pela autoestrada A1 e A25 e saia em Vouga/Carvoeiro. Continue pela estrada nacional N16 até Sever do Vouga e por último na M554 até Silva Escura, onde já irá encontrar sinalizações para o Parque de Lazer da Cabreia.

Do Porto, siga pela A32 e N224 até o Vale de Cambra e depois a N328 até Dornelas. Continue pela CM1480 até à aldeia de Silva Escura, onde já irá encontrar sinalizações para o Parque de Lazer da Cabreia.
