Für die moderne Kurortmedizin gilt der Kurpark als Ort der Ruhe und Besinnung, wo man besonders gut Erholung und Wohlbefinden erleben kann um zu seiner natürlichen Mitte zurück zu finden. Der schöne zentral gelegene historische Park wird von der plätschernden Aue durchzogen. Mit großen Rasenflächen, hunderten blühenden Rosen und zahlreichen anderen Blumen, mit riesigen Bäumen, die 200 bis 300 Jahre alt sind und vielen seltenen Exemplaren ist er eine Parklandschaft von ganz besonderer Eigenart.
Spezielle Führungen informieren über die Geschichte des Parks und die botanischen Besonderheiten. Diese Führungen können in der Tourist-Information gebucht werden.
