Das Naturschutzgebiet Fischerweihermoor liegt auf der Gemarkung Kaltbrunn der Gemeinde Allensbach. Mit einer Fläche von 55 ha stellt es neben dem Mindelsee den größten Moorkomplex auf dem Bodanrück dar.

Durch den kleinen Bündlisriedgraben ist das Fischerweihermoor mit dem benachbarten Naturschutzgebiet Bündtlisried im Westen verbunden. Nach Südosten hin entwässert der Kaltbrunner Bach und der Allensbacher Mühlbach in den Gnadensee.
