The "Gezeichnete Baum" is a border point between the municipalities of Hermeskeil and Ruwer, or between the local municipalities of Osburg and Reinsfeld, and lies in an open clearing.

You can start a walk to the "Drawn Tree" from the parking lot of the shooting house, or alternatively from the sports field. Hike along the municipal boundary and enjoy the great views of Reinsfeld and the surrounding area.
