Rodinná vila rodičů Grety Tugendhat Alfreda a Marianny Löw Beerových, která byla obývaná v letech 1913 až 1939.

Vila slouží jako muzeum s expozicí Svět brněnské buržoazie mezi Löw-Beer a Tugendhat, která přibližuje dějiny architektury i brněnských vyšších vrstev.

Rodinnou vilu na Drobného 22 si nechal postavit v roce 1903 továrník Moritz Fuhrmann. Autorem projektu byl pravděpodobně vídeňský architekt Alexander Neumann. Po Fuhrmannově smrti prodali v srpnu 1913 jeho dědicové vilu textilnímu podnikateli Alfredu Löw-Beerovi. Nový majitel nechal ve 30. letech dům částečně stavebně upravit podle návrhu vídeňského architekta Rudolfa Baumfelda. V roce 1940 zabavili vilu Němcipro potřeby tajné státní policie (gestapa). V roce 1946 byla nad objektem ustanovena národní správa a v roce 1954 se stal majetkem československého státu. V letech 1962-2012 zde sídlil domov mládeže.
