Das eXplorion bietet mit seiner Ausstellung und einem Film vor allem für Kinder eine spannende Entdeckungsreise ins Weltall, inklusive Sternen, Planeten und Raumfahrt. Jeden Freitagabend kann der Sternenhimmel mit dem großen Teleskop erforscht und bestaunt werden. Gruppen erhalten nach Absprache auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten Führungen und können diese auch mit Workshops kombinieren. Zu Kindergeburtstagen wird ein Raketen-Fest angeboten.
