Modelleisenbahnwelt in Wildegg mit Schweizer Landschaftsbildern, historischen Bahnexponaten und Bistro. Der Schotterplatz bietet Entdeckungen für Gross und Klein.

Der Schotterplatz in Wildegg ist weit mehr als eine klassische Modelleisenbahnanlage. Auf über 1’000 Quadratmetern entfaltet sich eine detailreiche Erlebniswelt rund um die Schweizer Eisenbahnromantik mit fahrenden Zügen, typischen Landschaftsbildern und zahlreichen Szenen im Kleinformat.

Im Zentrum steht eine grosse Anlage in Spur G, auf der Züge durch Berge, Kehrtunnel und über Brücken fahren. Ergänzt wird sie durch weitere Modellbahnen sowie historische Bahnexponate, darunter Fahrzeuge mit Bezug zur Schweizer Bahngeschichte. Der Schotterplatz zeigt nicht nur fertige Szenerien, sondern auch die laufende Entwicklung einer Modellbahnwelt, in der es immer wieder Neues zu entdecken gibt.

Die Mischung aus Technik, Handwerk und liebevoll gestalteten Details macht den Ort zu einem abwechslungsreichen Ausflugsziel für Familien, Eisenbahnfans und alle, die sich für Modellbau begeistern. Ein Bistro ergänzt den Besuch und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Geöffnet ist der Schotterplatz an ausgewählten Publikumstagen sowie für Führungen und Workshops.
