Brauhaus der Kommunbrauer Neuhaus

1415 wurde Neuhaus zum Markt erhoben und erhielt das Braurecht. Seit dem 13. Jahrhundert wird hier unfiltriertes Bier, das Zoigl, gebraut. Erlaubt war das nur zwischen Michaeli und Georgi, da es noch keine Kühlmöglichkeiten gab.

In Neuhausen gibt es rund 20 Brauberchtigte.
