Special and collection exhibitions of the highest quality!
We are currently showcasing the special exhibition “Superheroes”. More info at: Exhibitions | Historical Museum of the Palatinate Speyer
Under the title “Cross and Crown” visitors can look forward to impressive exhibits from 1000 years of church history. The collection has moved from the museum's new building, where it was on display until August 2021, to the historic old building. The floor plan of the new exhibition space resembles a multi-aisled church building with a transept and cloverleaf-like choir. Therefore, the old building is ideally suited for the presentation of sacred artworks.
