V areáli bývalých vojenských skladov SIM v Priekope (mestská časť Martina), sa nachádza unikátne Hasičské múzeum, jediné svojho druhu na Slovensku.

Múzeum približuje prácu hasičov v minulosti i súčasnosti. Komentovaná prehliadka múzea pozostáva z expozície konských a ručných striekačiek, expozície motorových striekačiek, oddelenia výzbroje a výstroje, zbierky medzinárodných uniforiem a dvoch expozícií hasičských automobilov. Expozície sa nachádzajú v troch rôznych budovách. V areáli sa taktiež nachádza malá ZOO farma, grilovacie zóny a rôzne športoviská určené pre návštevníkov.

Návšteva múzea je naďalej možná po vopred dohodnutom termíne na telefónnom čísle 0910 902 408. Volať v čase od 14:00 do 18:00 (poprípade pošlite sms a my sa vám ozveme). Môžete sa tešiť na nové sociálne zariadenia múzea , bezbariérový vstup a prehliadku múzea, úplne novú expozíciu venovanú fabrikám ako ZŤS , Neografia , Tatranábytkáreň a iné. Taktiež vás čakajú nové koľajové atrakcie a ďalšie novinky. Ut - Pia je prvý vstup o 16:00, sob - ned je prvý vstup o 13:00 a druhý vstup o 15:30.
