Das Deutsche Schifffahrtsmuseum befindet sich in Bremerhaven in Ufernähe der Weser.
Es ist ein Forschungsmuseum der Leibniz-Gemeinschaft, welches im Jahr 1975 eröffnet wurde. Maritime Themen – vor allem die Beziehung zwischen Meer und Mensch – werden unter die Lupe genommen und in Ausstellungen für die Besucher erlebbar gemacht.
