Honkala was built in 1993 and offers the following facilities and services:
- gymnastics hall 612 m²
- 40m running straight
- long jump place
- gym
- stage
- meeting and training facilities
- civil protection facilities
The skiing trails, sports tracks and frisbee golf course maintained by the city are located behind the multi-purpose building Honkala.
Behind Honkala you will also find the fitness ladder, tennis courses and ice skating range in the winter.
In addition, the premises of the multi-purpose building Honkala can be rented for various events, such as meetings, concerts and sports events.
Opening times
The gym is available Mon-Fri from 6 am to 10 pm and Sat-Sun from 7 am to 10 pm. You can access the gym with a pass, which can be purchased at the Honkajoki Library or the Kankaanpää Sports Center.Price:

Honkala is located right in the center of the Honkajoki about 200 meters from the Honkajoki Church in the direction of Karvia.From road 44 turn from the roundabout into road 2700, drive about 1km to east towards Karvia and Honkala is on the left side of the road.
