The Klammljoch is a mountain pass at an altitude of 2,288 meters in the Rieserferner Group and connects the South Tyrolean Reintal with the Austrian Defereggen Valley.
The pass is known for its quiet, secluded location and offers impressive views of the surrounding mountain landscapes.
The nearest towns are Rein in Taufers in South Tyrol and St. Jakob in Defereggen in East Tyrol. The Klammljoch Pass is part of the Rieserferner High Trail and leads hikers through the beautiful nature park area. A popular refreshment stop nearby is the Arventalalm in East Tyrol, which treats hikers to regional specialties. This route is particularly popular in summer and provides insights into the alpine flora and fauna.
Other popular excursion destinations nearby are the Knuttenalm on the South Tyrolean side and the Jagdhausalm on the East Tyrolean side.
