Das Eisjöchl verbindet Pfossental und Pfelderertal.

Mit einer Passhöhe von 2895m gehört das Eisjöchel zu den besonders hohen Übergängen, die auch von Mountainbikern genutzt werden. Der Anstieg sowohl vom Pfossental, einem langgestreckten Seitental des Schnalstals, wie auch vom Pfelderertal, einem Seitental des Passeiertals, ist für geübte Geher nicht allzu schwer zu bewältigen, für Mountainbiker hingegen stellen die Anstiege mit ihren Rampen und dem groben Untergrund eine große Herausforderung dar.
Am Eisjöchl befindet sich das Schutzhaus Stettiner Hütte, das allerdings seit der Zerstörung durch eine Lawine im Winter 2013/2014 nur mehr provvisorisch aufgebaut wurde und vor allem als Jausenstation dient. Soweit in Erfahrung zu bringen ist, gibt aber auch einige Schlafplätze. Ein Neubau ist in Planung, wann es soweit sein wird, ist aber noch nicht bekannt (Stand Jänner 2017).
