Alte Zunftzeichen (Zunftwap pen), auch Steckschilder ge nannt, gibt es bei uns nur mehr ganz wenige.

Ein ige Neue haben sich dazuge-sellt und der Vollständigkeit hal ber seien sie alle festgehalten.

Einmal schon deshalb, weil auch hier noch die alte Hand werkskunst in besonderer Wei se zum Ausdruck kommt.

Im überwiegenden Teil wurden sie aus Schmiedeeisen kun st voll gefertigt, bemalt und ver goldet und geben Kunde von Berufen, wo manche schon aus gestorben sind.
