Das Westtor ist der markanteste Zugang zum Areal der Saigerhütte. Ursprünglich wurde nach dem letzten Brand der angrenzenden Gebäude im Jahr 1675 bei diesem Zugang zum Hüttenareal ein Torwächterhaus mit einer Durchfahrt errichtet, dieses aber 1856 wieder abgetragen. Stattdessen erbauten die Sächsischen Kupfer- und Messingwerke F.A. Lange ein Schmucktor. Zwei im Kopfbereich gegliederte Bruchsteinsäulen besitzen auf dem Zeltdach mit einer Kugel versehene Kupferspitzen. Der beide Säulen verbindende Torbogen mit Zinnenschmuck besitzt ein kleines Satteldach. Das Tor selbst ist ein zweiflügeliges Holztor. An den Säulen befinden sich zwei eingesetzte, mit Voluten geschmückte gekrönte Wappensteine. Der südliche Stein enthält die Inschrift: „GEGRVNDET 1537 VON HANNS LIENHARDTAVS ANNABERG ERKAVT 1567 VONCHURFVRST AVGVST“.
