Das Grundstück von 3033m² mit 3 Mühlengebäuden, Stall, Scheune und Remise sowie Wohnhaus zeigt, dass dies einer der größten Mühlenstandorte der Region ist. Zugleich ist er als Burg- oder Gutsmühle einer der ältesten der Altmark. Der Vierseitenhof und das Getreidesilo sind erhalten.
Technische Ausstattung: Die Mühlentechnik ist nicht erhalten, die Kaplan Turbine von 1941 ging beim Umbau 1967 außer Betrieb und wurde einbetoniert. Im 19. Jh befand sich hier ein Wasserrad (Durchmesser 4,80m, Breite 1,80m). Der Stau der Milde, eines Gewässers I. Ordnung, hat ein Gefälle von 1,95m.
