All dies ge schah unter der Re gentschaft von Erzbischof Leopold Anton von FIRMIAN. Die damalige Haslingbäuerin ließ zum Gedenken an ihren emigrierten Mann diese Kapelle errichten.
Alljährlich kurz nach Ostern fin det von der Thorer Kapelle in die Pfarrkirche ein Bittgang statt. Heute ist sie beliebtes Motiv vieler Maler, für Billetts zu den verschiedensten Anlässen und für gar manches Brautfoto.
