Auf einem Felsvorsprung oberhalb der Donau steht weithin sichtbar ein kleiner Rundtempel, der zum Soldatenfriedhof von 1814 gehört.

Der kleine Rundtempel gehört zum Soldatenfriedhof von 1814. Er wurde 1914 im Beuroner Kunststil errichtet, zum Gedenken an die seit dem Koalitionskrieg gegen Frankreich umgekommenen Soldaten und Einwohner Beurons. 1814 war im Kloster ein österreichisches Lazarett eingerichtet, in dem 37 Soldaten gestorben sind.
