Denkmal "Für die großen Europäer" und Wahrzeichen der Gemeinde Überherrn

Im Jahr 1970 wurde das Europdenkmal nach 4-jähriger Bauzeit als Symbol der deutsch-französischen Freundschaft errichtet. Es steht im Überherrner Ortsteil Berus nur ca. 1,5 km von der französischen Grenze entfernt und ist mit seinen 16 Metern Höhe ein beliebter Aussichtspunkt mit herrlichen Panoramen ins Saartal und benachbarte Frankreich.
