Direkt am Wanderweg in Berus auf rund 360 m Höhe an der Orannastraße gelegen befindet sich das Europadenkmal. Es verkörpert die europäische Idee. Errichtet wurde es Wunsch des saarländischen Politikers Helmut Bulle in den Jahren 1966 bis 1970. Es ist eine Konstruktion aus zwei 16 m hohen, senkrecht und parallel nebeneinander angeordneten Betonplatten. Außerdem befindet sich unteren Teil eine Aussichtsplattform von der aus man den Ausblick über das Saartal bis nach Frankreich genießen kann. Gewidmet ist das Denkmal den drei großen Europäern Robert Schuman, Konrad Adenauer und Alcide und Gasperi
