Cäsar Ritz - König der Hoteliers, Hoteliers der Könige

Cäsar Ritz, Urvater der anspruchsvollen Hotellerie und Gründer der Ritz-Carlton-Hotels, wuchs in Niederwald auf. Er hatte die Gabe und das Gespür zu erkennen, welches die wesentlichen Elemente der echten Gastfreundschaft sind und setzte diese gekonnt und konsequent ein. Seine Ideologie der Gastfreundschaft hat den Weg zurück in seine Heimat gefunden. Viele Gommer Gastronomie-Betriebe leben heute nach der Philosophie von Cäsar Ritz.
