The carpenter’s house with carpenter’s place had been erected after 1839 and was redesigned for home use when mining ceased.

The carpenter’s house is located at the edge of the heap towards the Himmelfahrtsgasse lane. It features a strung-out, single-storey building in rubble stone construction and tile covered gable roof. The area in front of the house is tagged as carpenter’s place. Building construction dates back at the time after 1839. When mining ceased the house was redesigned and used as a home.
