Erinnerungsstätte an die Affenherde, die sich der preußische und später hessische General und Staatsminister Martin Ernst von Schlieffen auf Gut Windhausen gehalten hatte. Die Erzählungen der Bevölkerung über diese Affenherde sollen Wilhelm Busch später zu seiner Humoreske "Fips, der Affe" inspiriert haben.
