In der restaurierten Klosteranlage im Weiß-Rot der Barockzeit sind Gäste gern gesehen.

Im Gotteshaus zieht vor allem der barocke Hochaltar, von Prager Künstlern geschaffen, die Blicke auf sich. Höhepunkte im klösterlichen Festjahr sind das Osterreiten, eine prächtige Fronleichnamsprozession, Wallfahrten, Konzerte und ein Kloster- und Familienfest sowie ein Adventsmarkt. Die Schatzkammer offenbart Kostbarkeiten vom 13. bis zum 20. Jahrhundert. Raritäten im Klosterladen sind Klosterbier und Klosterlikör nach alten Rezepturen sowie Kunsthandwerk aus der Region. In der ehemaligen Klostergärtnerei finden Besucher heute das Ernährungs- und Kräuterzentrum mit Umwelt- und Lehrgarten des Christlich-Sozialen Bildungswerkes Sachsen e.V. Neben der liebevoll gestalteten Gartenanlage mit unterschiedlichen Bereichen bietet das Zentrum Seminare, Projekttage, Freizeitkurse, Ausstellungen und Veranstaltungen. Im Klosterstübel ist für das leibliche Wohl der Gäste gesorgt und im klösterlichen Gästehaus für all jene, die eine besondere Unterkunft finden wollen.
