St. Marienberg ist ein ehemaliges Kloster auf einer Anhöhe in Helmstedt.

Im Jahr 1176 wurde das Kloster St. Marienberg gegründet zu ehren Marias und ist der direkte Nachfolger des Klosters Mariental. Sie wurde im Krieg zwischen Otto IV. von Braunschweig und Philipp von Schwaben im Jahr 1199 verschont. Im 19 Jahrhundert wurde das Kloster fast vollständig zerstört, jedoch wurde es auf den ursprünglichen Fundamenten wieder aufgebaut.
