Das Prunkstück der Klosterkirche ist der spätgotische, doppelflügelige Hochaltar.
Das Badhaus (Klosterküferei und -kellerei) ist ein alemannisches Fachwerkgebäude. Das Badhaus diente den Mönchen und ihren Gästen als Erholungsort. Dort ist heute das Stadtmuseum von Blaubeuren untergebracht.
Heute befindet sich im Kloster außerdem noch das Evangelisch-theologische Seminar, ein öffentliches altsprachliches Gymnasium mit evangelischem Internat.
