Eine der zwei schönen Kirchen in der Gemeinde Klause-Leopoldsdorf

Die Kirche von Hochstraß ist dem hl. Franz von Assisi geweiht und wurde am 3.Juli 1993 von Kardinal Dr. Franz König geweiht. Die Idee einer Kirche für Hochstraß- Schwabendörfl geht in das Jahr 1953 zurück, wo Kardinal König damals Weihbischof in St. Pölten war, darum wurde auch Kardinal König zur Kirchweihe eingeladen.
