In der Irseer Klosterkirche befindet sich neben einer Reliquie der Heiligen als Zeichen der langjährigen Verbindung der beiden Klöster auch eine Plastik des Christus mit der Schulterwunde im Kerker. Eine originelle Besonderheit ist die Schiffskanzel in Form eines Schiffsbuges.
Nach der Säkularisierung diente das Kloster einer Heilanstalt des Bezirks Schwaben; heute beherbergt es die Schwabenakademie mit Tagungshotel.
