Der Gretelstollen in Binzenbach ist heute Winterquartier für Fledermäuse. Er ist 295 m der längste gesicherte Bergbaustollen im Sahrbachtal.

Seit der Antike schürften die Bewohner des Sahrbachtals und ihre Nachbarn nach Blei-, Zink-, Eisen- und Silbererzen. Bis 1940 wurde im Sahrbachtal nach erzen gesucht.
