Die Winkelsmühle im Neandertal besteht seit 1831. Der Herzog befahl, dass alles Korn dort gemahlen werden müsse. Die Mühle wurde mehrfach zerstört, aber jedes Mal wieder aufgebaut. Noch heute ist das Mühlrad in Takt und kann besichtigt werden.
